Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a junior recruiter to own full-cycle sourcing for Client Success and Client Experience teams in Scottsdale or Austin. You will manage searches end-to-end, from kickoff to offer, with a hiring manager who mentors you and expects quick learning.

Responsibilities include sourcing 60+ candidates monthly, screening 15–20 per week, and closing 5–6 per month while maintaining a fast, candidate-centered process. This is a hybrid role with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination.
• Comfort with high volume and many weekly conversations.
• Clear, quick writing for outreach and updates.
• Familiarity with an ATS or CRM; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter helps.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle client success and client experience searches from kickoff through offer.
• Deliver 5 to 6 closes per month and 30-day time-to-fill targets.
• Respond to candidates within 24 hours and keep the pipeline updated.
