Job summary

Vega is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to lead the hiring strategy and execution across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other Go-to-Market teams. This is an opportunity to shape how a category-defining, AI-native company builds its revenue engine during a period of exceptional growth.

You’ll lead hiring across our Go-to-Market teams, partnering closely with our founder and hiring managers on the hires that will shape Vega’s next stage of growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, in-house, in fast-scaling SaaS or tech companies.
• Strong track record hiring commercial and GTM talent.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior hiring managers, influence decisions with data.
• Created or improved recruiting processes, tools, programs, and scalable systems.
• Proactive sourcing to identify talent beyond inbound applicants.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities, with early-hire experience a plus.
• Willingness to work from the NYC office 3–4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and other GTM teams: intake, sourcing, screening, closing, and everything in between.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, calibrate candidates, and keep searches moving.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Manage multiple requisitions with a high-touch candidate experience and aggressive timelines.
• Drive recruiting process improvements and scalable workflows, tracking key metrics.
• Help build systems, processes, and recruiting infrastructure that scale with the GTM org.
• Make every candidate interaction count—from first chat to offer.
• Bring Vega's story to life to stand out in a competitive talent market.
