Job summary

Vega is hiring an experienced GTM Recruiter to shape how a category-defining, AI-native company builds its revenue engine. You’ll lead hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and other GTM teams, partnering with the founder and managers to scale with structured systems and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of in-house recruiting in fast-scaling SaaS or tech companies.
• Proven ability to partner with senior hiring managers and influence decisions.
• Created or improved recruiting processes, tools, and programs that scale.
• Proactive sourcing to identify talent beyond inbound applicants.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and other GTM teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and keep searches moving.
• Build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Manage multiple requisitions with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Drive process improvements and track recruiting metrics to inform decisions.
• Help build scalable recruiting systems, processes, and infrastructure.
• Nurture candidate relationships from first contact to offer.
• Tell the Vega story and differentiate us in a competitive talent market.
