Job summary

Exa, a SF-based AI search engine company, seeks a GTM Recruiter to scale our executive, marketing and sales teams in the age of AI. You’ll work directly with founders to design recruiting systems and recruit top GTM talent for a rapidly growing team in San Francisco.

This in-person role sponsors international candidates and includes premium healthcare, fertility benefits, and a monthly wellness stipend as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Familiarity with SF startup culture and talent markets.
• Strong communication skills with ability to tell a compelling vision.
• Builder mindset focused on designing scalable recruiting systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Technical literacy or background is a plus to discuss engineering projects with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM recruiting cycle end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, interviews, and closing.
• Represent Exa externally to attract top account executives, marketers, and biz-dev talent.
• Partner with founders and leads to scope roles and identify high-leverage hires.
• Build and optimize recruiting systems and workflows using Exa’s tools.
• Experiment with creative sourcing strategies to stand out in SF's market.
• Shape Exa’s talent brand and recruiting culture during rapid headcount growth.
