Baseten is seeking an experienced Recruiter to scale our Sales team and build the go-to-market recruiting function from the ground up. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partner with Sales leadership, and shape candidate experience as we grow.

You will define sourcing strategies, optimize processes, and measure impact with recruiting metrics, contributing directly to Baseten's mission of powering ML infrastructure at scale.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a rapidly growing startup.
• Proven success sourcing candidates for Sales teams.
• Strong willingness to own a team's hiring goals and drive process improvements.
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple searches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the hiring goals and recruiting process from kickoff to offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience with clear communication and updates.
• Refine recruiting processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
• Track metrics to inform recruiting strategies.
