Samba TV is hiring an Associate GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a set of assigned requisitions—from first sourcing touch through offer stage—while acting as the day-to-day point of contact for hiring managers. This blended role combines hands-on sourcing with process ownership to keep searches moving without senior intervention.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales development, or a closely related function

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategy for assigned requisitions using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping.
• Run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns and manage response/conversion rates.
• Maintain an accurate, de-duplicated candidate pipeline in Lever.
• Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess qualification, motivation, and logistics.
• Write clear screen notes and recommendations in Lever for hiring teams.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for hiring managers on requisitions, scheduling intake calibrations and pipeline reviews.
• Translate hiring manager feedback into sourcing/screening adjustments in real time.
• Set expectations with hiring managers on timelines and pipeline health.
• Own assigned requisitions end-to-end within scope, with escalation path to senior recruiter available.
• Contribute to team-level process improvements for outreach templates and screening rubrics.
• Represent the recruiting team professionally in interactions with candidates and managers.
