Job summary

Encord is seeking a GTM Recruiting Associate to help hire talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. You will work closely with our recruiting team to identify candidates, build pipelines, run searches, and move processes quickly.

This entry-level role is designed for growth, offering exposure to full-cycle recruiting, ownership of searches, and collaboration with experienced recruiters and business leaders in a fast-growing AI startup.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with outbound sourcing and reaching out to unfamiliar people.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Juicebox is a plus.
• Experience in startups or tech companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source GTM talent via LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and outbound.
• Build market maps and pipelines for priority searches.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess fit.
• Manage candidates through process and ensure a great experience.
• Keep searches organized and moving quickly.
• Track pipeline health, conversions, recruiting activity.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve bottlenecks.
• Experiment with new sourcing strategies and messaging.
• Develop strong judgment of what GTM talent looks like.
• Take increasing ownership of searches as you grow.

The role

We're looking for a GTM Recruiting Associate to help us hire exceptional talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer, and other commercial teams.

You'll work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to identify great candidates, build pipelines, run recruiting processes, and keep searches moving quickly.

What you'll do

• Source exceptional GTM talent through LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and creative outbound

• Build targeted market maps and candidate pipelines for priority searches

• Conduct initial candidate screens and help assess fit

• Manage candidates through the recruiting process and deliver a great candidate experience

• Keep searches organized, accurate, and moving quickly

• Track pipeline health, conversion, and recruiting activity

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify bottlenecks and next steps

• Experiment with new sourcing strategies, messaging, and channels

• Develop strong judgment around what great GTM talent looks like

• Take on increasing ownership of searches as you grow

Experience

• 1-2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, sales, or other relevant experience

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Comfortable with outbound sourcing and reaching out to people you don't know

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or recruiting tools is a plus

• Experience in a fast-growing startup or technology company is a plus
