Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Associate GTM Manager for Launchpad in the Bay Area, focusing on VC-backed startups under 50 employees. You will blend technical and relationship skills to help founders implement Salesforce and leverage AI-powered tools from day one.

This role is high-volume and high-build, with enablement, community, and strategic responsibilities across accelerators, founder networks, and early-stage VC partners, traveling as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design scalable on-ramps for early-stage startups, including onboarding workflows.
• Own a high-volume territory of VC-backed startups under 50 employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with accelerator programs and founder communities.
• Work with Salesforce SMB sales leadership to align on startup accounts.
• Track and manage territory performance and contribute to portfolio reviews
