Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate the Agentic Commerce GTM efforts, acting as the operational backbone across partnerships, sales, engineering, and marketing. You will translate strategy into actions, keep stakeholders aligned, and drive speed and clarity as we scale merchant and agent ecosystem initiatives.

You will partner with product, legal, and services teams to ensure pilots and onboarding progress, track KPIs, and maintain program dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, or a GTM operations role at a tech/payments company.
• Ability to manage complex programs with 5+ cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive and working audiences.
• Experience building and running operational systems from scratch (tracking, cadences, reporting).
• High ownership and accountability; proactive and self-starting.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence of the Agentic Commerce GTM function.
• Serve as connective tissue across GTM workstreams.
• Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Stay updated on product developments to align GTM roadmap.
• Coordinate across agents and sellers for pilots and onboarding.
• Drive merchants towards integration readiness with cross-functional coordination.
• Manage launch readiness for agent partner launches.
• Define and track GTM KPIs with Product & S&O.
• Build dashboards and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Develop forecasts with SSO and F&S to drive planning.
