Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a GTM Business Process Optimization Manager to support the GTM Strategy and Process team through high-priority initiatives. You will design end-to-end processes connecting marketing, business development, and sales into one operating model, turning designs into actionable requirements for tech teams.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B marketing functions, strong process-mapping skills, and expertise in documenting BRDs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience mapping and documenting end-to-end workflows.
• Proficiency with process-mapping and diagramming tools.
• Experience writing BRDs for technical or systems teams.
• Fluency with AI tools to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Document processes with clear, structured documentation and process maps.
• Draft and structure business requirements documents and acceptance criteria.
• Drive AI-enabled efficiency to standardize artifacts and workflows.
• Coordinate delivery across initiatives, tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Support testing and launch with documentation and UAT inputs.
