Job summary

AvePoint seeks a technical, hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Web and GTM Operations. You will define a north-star GTM architecture, translate business objectives into a scalable technical roadmap, and drive delivery across marketing, data, and revenue systems.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure reliability, security, and modernization of the GTM stack, and push AI-native automation to unlock efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineers and owning delivery outcomes, including roadmap planning and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong SCRUM-based delivery with sprint planning and measurable throughput improvements.
• Experience designing large-scale web apps with reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Cloud architecture and web delivery expertise (CDN, DNS, SSL/TLS, caching); event-driven/serverless patterns.
• Experience with headless CMS and modern frontend architectures (Craft CMS, SSR/ISR, API-driven content).
• CI/CD governance and Git-based deployment standards (GitHub/GitLab).
• Data flows for marketing/GTM data, identity alignment, and instrumentation for reliable attribution.
• SQL data literacy for data-driven decisions.
• AI literacy and practical application to engineering delivery and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and delivery operating model.
• Lead a high-performing engineering team and implement SCRUM to improve delivery speed.
• Set engineering standards for quality, security, documentation, and readiness across GTM systems.
• Own GTM technical roadmap and architecture.
• Translate business objectives into a multi-quarter technical roadmap across the tech stack.
• Establish a north-star GTM architecture and integration strategy.
• Own data infrastructure and measurement foundations.
• Own strategy and governance for marketing and GTM data platforms and pipelines.
• Ensure data integrity and measurable outcomes against core marketing metrics.
• Own web infrastructure, site reliability, and security for global web properties.
• Collaborate to improve observability and deployment reliability across marketing platforms.
• Oversee incident response for deployments, DNS, SSL/TLS, caching, CDN routing, and platform availability.
• Architect global consent/privacy orchestration while protecting measurement.
• Design AI-native integration patterns connecting LLMs to internal systems and GTM tools.
