Job summary

Plaid Inc. is hiring a GTM Technology Engineer to build and maintain the technical backbone of Plaid's GTM systems, including Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, data enrichment, and data warehouse integrations.

You will design and implement production-quality Apex code, integrate Salesforce with adjacent platforms, and develop AI-powered agents to automate RevOps processes, reporting, and triage. Collaboration with GTM Ops, Sales, and Finance is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL) and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware).
• Experience with CPQ and quote-to-cash / lead-to-cash data flows.
• Hands-on AI-powered workflows or agentic automations implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Flows for core GTM processes.
• Investigate and resolve issues in revenue-critical Apex services and data flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM stack using middleware and APIs.
• Prototype and productionize AI-assisted workflows to automate RevOps processes.
• Contribute to Salesforce architecture decisions (data model, sharing, CI/CD).
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales leadership, and Engineering to translate requirements into solutions.
• Write well-documented, testable code and support SOX/ITGC controls.
