Job summary
Ramp is seeking a Software Engineer on the GTM Platform to build tools and AI-powered workflows that empower Ramp’s go-to-market teams. You will create high‑quality demo environments, customer sandboxes, and internal platforms enabling Sales and Solutions to move quickly and tell compelling product stories.
You’ll translate ambiguous commercial needs into thoughtful product experiences, delivering reliable software end to end while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to unblock complex
Qualifications
- 2+ years of software engineering experience with real users and measurable impact.
- Track record of shipping high‑quality products or internal tools at scale.
- Strong collaboration skills and empathy for internal users, especially customer‑facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and own software end to end for Ramp’s GTM teams—Sales, Solutions, and customer-facing tools.
- Develop demo and sandbox infrastructure to showcase Ramp’s capabilities.
- Create AI-powered workflows and agents to reduce manual work and accelerate deal cycles.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and product engineering to translate feedback into improvements.
- Balance one-off enablement needs with reusable platform investments to extend GTM leverage.
