Job summary

Lightning AI is building the platform behind PyTorch Lightning, enabling teams to develop, train, and deploy AI systems at scale.

The Director of Operations will empower go-to-market teams, build enablement programs, and align cross-functional partners to win complex technical deals. This role offers a hybrid NYC work model, high autonomy, and opportunity to shape company growth and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data platforms, MLOps, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building enablement programs at a high-growth startup.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Force Management, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
• Experience supporting partner, channel, or solutions engineering enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define the company's strategic direction and ensure the organization executes against it, partnering with the CEO and executive team to evaluate growth opportunities, set priorities, track key business metrics, lead cross-functional initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support executive decision-making with data and analysis.
