Job summary
Lightning AI, the company behind PyTorch Lightning, is seeking a Director of Operations to scale GTM efforts and establish a unified playbook across Sales, SDRs, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partners. You will build enablement systems, content, and training to win complex technical deals.
You will collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making, while leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning teams
Qualifications
- Experience with AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data platforms, MLOps, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience building enablement programs from scratch at a high-growth startup.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Force Management, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Experience supporting partner, channel, or solutions engineering enablement.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction and align cross-functional teams with the CEO and executive team to evaluate growth opportunities, track key metrics, lead initiatives, and drive growth and scalability.
