Job summary

Lightning AI, the company behind PyTorch Lightning, is seeking a customer-facing Machine Learning Solutions Engineer. You will translate complex customer requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions on the Lightning AI platform, leading discovery, demos, POCs, and post-sales engagements.

Qualifications

5-7 years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, field engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
Credibility with technical buyers; ability to simplify AI, infra, platform concepts for senior stakeholders.
Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, POCs, and post-sales engagements.
Translate customer requirements into scalable AI and ML solutions on the Lightning AI platform.
Bridge customers, sales, product, and engineering to drive adoption and inform product direction.
