Job summary

Lightning AI, the company behind PyTorch Lightning, seeks a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to own talent strategy worldwide. You will build and lead a recruiting organization capable of scaling for AI researchers, software engineers, and data-center talent across geographies, while shaping employer brand and interview processes.

You will report to the Chief People Officer and partner with executives to align hiring with the roadmap, ensuring fast, high-quality hires and robust data-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, including global function leadership.
• Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, infra, and data center roles is a strong plus.
• Influence senior technical and executive leaders on strategy, headcount, and growth.
• Build and scale employer brand and sourcing strategies in competitive markets.
• Demonstrate strong TA metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own global TA strategy end-to-end and build scalable processes.
• Partner with technical and executive leaders to translate roadmap into hiring plans.
• Lead a high-performing recruiting team with sourcing for hard-to-find AI/infra talent.
• Own employer brand and top-of-funnel strategy to compete for top talent.
• Design interview processes, leveling, and evaluation practices for speed and quality.
• Develop data infrastructure for hiring metrics, forecasting, and headcount planning.
• Navigate multi-country hiring with Legal and People Ops for compliance.
• Represent the People function in leadership planning on growth and location strategy.
