Job summary

Axial, a NYC-based fintech platform transforming private capital markets, is seeking a Business Operations Associate to support go-to-market operations and data-driven growth. Reporting to the Business Operations Lead, you’ll collaborate with the VP of Operations and leadership across GTM enablement, analytics, automation, and special projects.

You’ll help improve day-to-day execution, target campaigns, build reports, and drive cross-functional initiatives using Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Business or GTM Operations, finance, consulting, or another analytical/execution role.
• Candidates from sales or customer success with strong analytical ability and operational ownership will be considered.

Responsibilities

• GTM Systems Enablement: optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong and related tools.
• Workflow Automation: build automations with n8n, Zapier, Clay, and Claude Code/Cowork.
• Reporting: create robust dashboards to improve visibility across the member journey.
• Data Analysis: identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision making.
• Strategic Targeting and Campaign Operations: build targeted lists and support outreach messaging.
• Special Projects: lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
