Job summary

Axial, a NY-based fintech platform powering the private capital markets, is seeking an outstanding Business Operations Associate / Senior Associate to support GTM operations and growth. You will work with (and report to) the Business Operations Lead, collaborating with the VP of Operations and leadership to enable the GTM team across data analysis, workflow automation, and special projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Business or GTM Operations, finance, consulting, or another analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce, GTM systems, workflow automation, or similar business tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• GTM Systems Enablement: strengthen go-to-market motions through Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and related tools; improve configuration, training, workflows, and data hygiene.
• Workflow Automation: build and maintain automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, Clay, and Claude Code/Cowork to connect systems and streamline recurring work.
• Reporting: improve visibility across the member journey by building and maintaining robust reporting to aid performance insights.
• Data Analysis: use data to answer business questions, identify trends, and present findings for informed discussion.
• Strategic Targeting and Campaign Operations: build targeted account lists and support outreach campaigns; analyze segments and prioritize opportunities.
• Special Projects: own cross-functional projects, evaluate tools, and support initiatives to boost execution and efficiency.
