Job summary

Educato is seeking a driven program lead to own the Canadian UGC creator initiative. You will identify and recruit Canadian creators, onboard them, and ensure their content goes live while managing campaigns and payments. Collaborate with global teams to apply proven formats and drive strong results in Canada.

You will adapt strategies to Canadian culture, push for execution, and uncover which creators and formats perform best, with growth opportunities across markets.

About Educato

Educato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring. We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We're looking for someone to own our UGC creator program in Canada.

About the role

You will own the day-to-day operation of Educato's UGC program in Canada.

Your job is to find promising Canadian creators, recruit and onboard them, get their content live, manage their campaigns, and identify which creators and formats perform best.

You will work closely with Educato's global growth and creative teams. We will provide proven formats, scripts, creative direction, tools, and campaign infrastructure. You will adapt them to Canadian culture, communicate them clearly to creators, and ensure strong execution. What you'll do
