Job summary

Educato is seeking a hands-on operator to own the day-to-day management of its UK UGC program. You will discover promising British creators, recruit and onboard them, get their content live, and manage ongoing campaigns to maximize performance.

You will tailor global formats for the UK market and communicate clearly with creators to ensure strong execution. You will work with Educato's global growth and creative teams, leveraging proven formats, scripts, and tools.

About Educato

Educato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring. We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We're looking for someone to own our UGC creator program in the UK.

About the role

You will own the day-to-day operation of Educato's UGC program in the UK.

Your job is to find promising British creators, recruit and onboard them, get their content live, manage their campaigns, and identify which creators and formats perform best.

You will work closely with Educato's global growth and creative teams. We will provide proven formats, scripts, creative direction, tools, and campaign infrastructure. You will adapt them to British culture, communicate them clearly to creators, and ensure strong execution.
