Job summary

Educato is seeking a dedicated operator to own the UGC program in Belgium. You will locate promising Belgian creators, recruit and onboard them, publish their content, and manage campaigns with a focus on performance.

You will work with Educato’s growth and creative teams to adapt proven formats to Belgian culture and ensure strong execution. Excellent English and strong organizational skills are essential.

We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We’re looking for someone to own our UGC creator program in Belgium.

About the role

You will own the day-to-day operation of Educato’s UGC program in Belgium.

Your job is to find promising Belgian creators, recruit and onboard them, get their content live, manage their campaigns, and identify which creators and formats perform best.

You will work closely with Educato’s global growth and creative teams. We will provide proven formats, scripts, creative direction, tools, and campaign infrastructure. You will adapt them to Belgian culture, communicate them clearly to creators, and ensure strong execution.What you’ll do
