Job summary

PolyAI seeks a senior GTM/BD leader to coach a growing BDR team and drive enterprise software opportunities from prospecting to qualified pipeline. You will partner with Demand Gen, Sales, and Marketing to optimize messaging and processes while managing hiring and onboarding.

With a focus on measurable results, you’ll deliver accurate weekly/monthly forecasts, manage compensation, and help shape the team’s growth and execution at PolyAI in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of TMR/BD leadership experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record meeting lead generation quotas in B2B software.
• Hands-on with multiple prospecting channels and tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Train GTM/BD team members to identify, contact, and qualify opportunities.
• Coach and provide feedback in weekly 1:1s and plan hiring/onboarding.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, and Leadership to optimize processes.
• Develop messaging with marketing teams to convert inbound/outbound into pipeline.
• Present performance reports and forecasts; monitor team performance and compensation.
