Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize the product launch process from GTM and sales readiness perspectives. This role coordinates with Product Development & IT, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure every release is launched with field readiness and executive visibility.

The ideal candidate excels in project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution, driving repeatable processes and clear accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the GTM product launch framework, including timelines, readiness requirements, templates, stage gates, and stakeholder accountability.
• Establish repeatable launch processes that scale across multiple release types and priorities.
• Partner with PDIT, Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations to coordinate launch activities and milestones.
• Serve as the primary facilitator for launch readiness reviews and execution checkpoints.
• Maintain the master launch calendar and manage dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
• Identify conflicts, resource constraints, and execution risks early.
• Ensure sales teams have tools, training, and materials for successful product adoption.
• Coordinate launch communications across sales leadership and field teams.
• Maintain a single source of truth for launch status, decisions, risks, and milestones.
• Deliver concise executive updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Escalate issues that could impact timing or customer experience.
• Facilitate post-launch retrospectives and apply lessons learned.
