• Experience in B2C consumer environments with high transaction volumes.

About The Team

You’ll be embedded within the growth organization, working most closely with the B2B Growth Lead, Performance Marketing team, Influencer Partnerships, Data team, and Sales. This is a cross‑functional role where you’ll serve as the technical backbone for non‑technical growth operators who move at marketing speed. The team values shipping fast, iterating quickly, and building solutions that drive immediate impact rather than perfect technical architecture.

What We’re Looking For

You have 3–6 years in a GTM engineering, marketing engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps engineering role at a high‑growth startup. You’re proficient in Python or JavaScript/Node for scripting and automation, can write SQL fluently, and have hands‑on experience with marketing APIs like Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn as well as CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce. You’ve worked with data‑pipeline tools like dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, or custom ETL solutions, and event‑tracking platforms like Segment or Amplitude. You’re comfortable with no‑code/low‑code tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n, and know when to use them versus when to build custom solutions. Importantly, you’ve worked in B2C consumer environments with high transaction volumes, not just B2B SaaS.

What You’ll Do

As Manifest OS scales across paid, influencer, events, and sales‑assist channels, we’ve hit a consistent bottleneck: the gap between what our go‑to‑market team needs and what engineering can prioritize. Channel owners can identify opportunities but can’t build. Engineers can build but GTM needs aren’t on the product roadmap. You’ll close this gap as our GTM Engineer — a technical operator embedded in growth who moves at marketing speed, building the automations, integrations, data pipelines, and tooling that make our GTM machine run. You’ll build the lead‑scoring model before RevOps has budget for a tool, or write the pipeline that connects influencer conversions to our CRM. When a channel owner says “I wish I could …” — you’re the person who makes it possible by end of week. The bar isn’t writing perfect production code; it’s shipping things that make the GTM team 10× more effective.
