Ghost is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the systems powering its growth engine. You’ll work directly with founders to build enrichment, scoring, sequencing, and AI-driven engagement across CRM and outbound stacks. This 100% remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.
You’ll design and ship revenue-driving pipelines, attribution, and lifecycle signals, collaborating with a small, fast-moving team in an async-friendly, remote-first environment.
Ghost is the AI-powered growth marketing team. Brands hire us to run growth end-to-end: creators, paid ads, outreach, and email. Founder operators on the work, AI agents behind them.
We also run a creator arm: an AI agent that creators use to land and manage brand deals. That arm is our unfair advantage — 10,000+ real deals and brand-creator matches inform how we match creators to brands.
Ghost is a remote-first company. For some roles we prioritize time zones or in-person collaboration — check the role description below.
Ghost is building the agentic system for growth marketing — and we need a GTM Engineer to own the systems that power how we grow.
This isn't a traditional engineering role. You'll be the product owner for the infrastructure that finds brands, understands their intent, delivers the right message at the right moment, books demos, and converts that demand into live campaigns. Think enrichment and scoring pipelines, outbound sequencing, lifecycle signals, attribution, and AI-powered engagement — all working together as one system.
You’ll work directly with the founders to build and ship the revenue engine. If you've spent your career at the intersection of CRM, modern GTM tooling (Clay, Smartlead, Apollo-class stacks), and AI — and you're frustrated maintaining someone else's stack when you'd rather architect your own — this is that role.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
You’ll work directly with Ghost’s founders — the same operators who run brand accounts — so the loop between an idea, a shipped system, and revenue is days, not quarters.
