Job summary

Alloy Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and optimize the integrations and automations powering Alloy's revenue organization. You will own critical pieces of our GTM tech stack within 3–6 months and partner with RevOps and GTM leadership.

You will work across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools, building scalable solutions that ensure data integrity and seamless workflows. This hybrid role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-growing fintech

Qualifications

Proven experience building and maintaining CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred).
Hands-on with iPaaS platforms (n8n, Tray.io, Workato, Zapier).
Strong data pipeline management and GTM data architecture knowledge.
Experience with Looker/Tableau and BI tooling.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and build end-to-end GTM technology architecture for scalability and interoperability.
Build and maintain integrations using APIs and iPaaS tools (n8n, Tray.io, Zapier).
Ensure data synchronization between CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools.
Continuously improve the architecture across CRM, Sales Engagement, and GTM systems.
Identify automations to improve GTM productivity and data hygiene.
Translate Sales/Marketing/CS requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor data flows and resolve complex integration issues; document root causes.
