Smart Working seeks a GTM Engineer to own our lead and account data pipeline end to end, keeping email sending infrastructure healthy and building scalable GTM workflows.

The role blends data hygiene, GTM engineering, email deliverability, and scraping operations, with remote-first collaboration across global teams. Day 1 laptop and full medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops/GTM Ops
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise
• Experience with data enrichment and scraping tools
• Familiar with email deliverability protocols
• Comfort with light scripting
• Commitment to work-life balance (no weekend shifts)

• Prepare outbound lists and ensure low bounce rates, while reducing duplicate records.

Requirements:

• Expertise in n8n, Clay, data enrichment tools, and email deliverability protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation workflows and light scripting.
