• Build outbound tooling that is genuinely useful and not spammy.
• Create AI agents and internal tools to amplify the commercial team's output.
• Audit stacks, backlog work, and decide when to automate vs. manual.
• Write GTM code on Convex and continuously improve the system.
• Measure results and double down on proven approaches.
