Job summary

Clay and Apollo in San Francisco is looking for a hands-on GTM builder to own outbound from zero. You will source and qualify leads, run email campaigns, and drive replies and buying signals while shaping the outbound engine end-to-end.

This is a doer's role: set up the systems yourself, own metrics, and expand into paid channels, SEO, and AEO as outbound scales. You will relocate if needed and work on-site daily, with the CEO and head of operations closely reviewing progress.

Qualifications

• Built and ran outbound campaigns with sourcing, qualifying, sequencing and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound from scratch and qualify leads; run email campaigns; track replies and buying signals.
• Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads and booked calls.
• Test new channels quickly and keep what works profitable.
• Implement agentic automations across the GTM stack: research, personalization, routing.
• Grow into paid, SEO and AEO once outbound runs.
