Job summary

Weave seeks a Lead GTM Engineer to design and lead AI and data systems powering the company's go-to-market engine. You will architect agentic AI workflows, build the data foundation in Snowflake and BigQuery, and mentor engineers and analysts.

This hybrid role collaborates with Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, and BI to set technical standards and drive measurable outcomes. You will own end-to-end GTM AI initiatives, evaluate vendors, and ensure security, cost, and latency targets while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or related field.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency demonstrated in production settings.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and BigQuery data platforms.
• Experience building AI agents with tools like Claude, Claude Code, Gemini.
• Record of delivering technical projects from concept through production.
• Experience mentoring engineers or analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-GTM technical initiatives from roadmap to production outcomes.
• Define and enforce standards for code quality, data quality, and deployment.
• Serve as the technical QA checkpoint on GTM AI projects before ship.
• Architect multi-step agentic workflows that autonomously perform GTM tasks.
• Design and maintain pipelines and canonical data models in Snowflake/BigQuery.
• Build eval harnesses, measure accuracy and drift, manage cost and latency.
• Integrate Salesforce and enrichment vendors via APIs and connectors.
• Lead vendor evaluation and due diligence for data and AI partners.
