Job summary

Sierra is hiring for a GTM/Revenue Engineering role in San Francisco to design and deploy AI-enabled workflows that drive marketing, sales, and customer success outcomes. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, enrichment, and scoring, delivering reliable integrations across Salesforce, LLM sources, and enrichment providers.

You will work with Python and TypeScript, build production-grade AI systems, and ensure data quality and scalability as the company grows globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Growth Engineering, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript; able to design DB schemas and debug production incidents from logs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Go-to-Market software for marketing, sales, and agent development teams.
• Design and build automated workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems to turn signal into pipeline across enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound activation.
• Own enrichment infrastructure end-to-end for new signups, demos, or events and populate Salesforce records across tools.
• Build AI agents and internal tools to boost account research, call summaries, RFPs, and responses.
• Develop fit scoring pipelines and write results to Postgres and Salesforce with scalable models.
• Develop data architecture using Postgres, Fivetran pipelines, and reverse ETL; monitor downstream impact when schemas change.
• Ship production code with PR reviews, observability, and error handling; debug incidents.
