Job summary

Neo Security Inc. is hiring a GTM Engineer at the intersection of revenue marketing and AI-powered engineering.

This hands-on, builder-focused role designs and ships automations, agents, and data workflows that speed up our marketing and revenue engine beyond off-the-shelf tools. The ideal candidate blends growth marketing with technical building: comfortable with spreadsheets, an API playground, and LLM prompts, and eager to explore new AI tools to deliver measurable impact across CRM,

Qualifications

3+ years in technical marketing, growth engineering, marketing operations, or GTM engineering roles.
Practical experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and/or AI agent frameworks.
Strong working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, data warehouse, enrichment and intent data tools and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations across the revenue funnel (lead scoring, enrichment, intent signal aggregation, personalized outbound, lifecycle nurture).
Create internal tools, scripts, and lightweight agents to connect marketing and sales tools via APIs or no-code/low-code platforms.
Evaluate and pilot bleeding-edge AI tools and integrate them into the GTM stack to deliver real results.
