Checkr in Denver, CO is seeking a GTM-focused professional to architect and maintain the martech stack, CRM, and AI-enabled campaigns. You’ll connect marketing, sales, and customer success through data pipelines and actionable automations.

You’ll drive attribution, dashboards, and nurture programs, collaborating with teams on paid media and SEO. A background in B2B/SaaS, strong analytics, and comfort with LLMs are essential. This role is in-office at Checkr hubs.

This role builds the automations and systems connecting our marketing, sales, and customer success motion, and then you'll actually run the campaigns that use them: the emails that go out, the lead flows that convert, the nurture sequences that keep the pipeline moving. You're as comfortable writing a webhook as you are hitting send on a campaign.

What you’ll do

What you bring

• 3+ years in a GTM function (marketing, sales, RevOps, CS) with a background in B2B, B2G, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building reliable systems, automations, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRMs and martech tools (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Metabase, Gong).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, low-code/no-code tools, and technical SEO/AEO.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on system design, growth metrics (CAC, LTV), and execution.
• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA)

$130,000 - $153,000 USD

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Denver, CO)

$111,000 - $130,000 USD

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Nashville, TN)

$100,000 - $118,000 USD
