Job summary

Checkr, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented GTM professional to architect and maintain our martech stack, CRM, email and integrations from marketing to sales and success.

You will implement AI workflows with careful human oversight to ensure quality and compliance. You will also build attribution dashboards and lead the execution of nurture campaigns while partnering on paid media and SEO initiatives to move the pipeline forward.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM functions (marketing, RevOps, sales or CS).
• Proven ability to build reliable automations and data pipelines.
• Experience with CRMs and martech tools; strong SEO/AEO knowledge.
• Hands-on with LLMs and low-code/no-code platforms.

About the team/role

Checkr helps state governments verify income and employment in seconds instead of weeks so benefits like SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF reach the people who need them faster. This role builds the automations and systems connecting our marketing, sales, and customer success motion, and then you'll actually run the campaigns that use them: the emails that go out, the lead flows that convert, the nurture sequences that keep the pipeline moving. You're as comfortable writing a webhook as you are hitting send on a campaign.

What you’ll do

• Architect and maintain our martech stack, CRM, email, and support integrations via APIs and webhooks
• Implement AI workflows with strong human-in-the-loop oversight
• Build attribution models and funnel dashboards to measure revenue impact
• Manage email and social media execution, including email list health, compliance, and deliverability
• Execute nurture and lead-generation campaigns alongside our marketing team
• Partner on paid media and SEO/AEO initiatives

What you bring

• 3+ years in a GTM function (marketing, sales, RevOps, CS) with a background in B2B, B2G, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building reliable systems, automations, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRMs and martech tools (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Metabase, Gong).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, low-code/no-code tools, and technical SEO/AEO.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on system design, growth metrics (CAC, LTV), and execution.
• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA): $130,000 — $153,000 USD

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Denver, CO): $111,000 — $130,000 USD

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Nashville, TN): $100,000 — $118,000 USD

At Checkr, we believe an in office work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week.
