Job summary

Nooks is building the Agent Workspace for GTM and seeks an AI Deployment Strategist to lead post-sale implementations and hands-on configuration of Nooks AI products.

In this role you will run discovery sessions, configure workflows, manage migrations, and partner with Sales, Rev Ops, and Engineering to ensure successful deployments and user adoption. This is an opportunity to shape a foundational implementation practice at a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation and onboarding experience with Fortune 500 or large customers.
• Domain expertise in Revenue or Sales Operations with deep understanding of sales workflows and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from kickoff to launch across Rev Ops, Sales and Marketing.
• Develop and manage a project plan to ensure rapid value and on-time delivery.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand goals, metrics, and workflow requirements.
• Guide customers through configuration, testing, and best-practice implementations.
• Coordinate technical integrations (e.g., Salesforce and other sales tools) with engineering.
• Deliver user adoption activities and collaborate with Customer Success on results and follow-ups.
