Job summary

Clay is seeking an experienced GTM recruiter to join our team in New York. You will own the end-to-end GTME hiring process, build scalable vetting rubrics, and partner with go-to-market leaders to shape a world-class talent engine.

You'll combine high-touch candidate interactions with thoughtful use of AI to accelerate sourcing and matching while maintaining human judgment. This role offers a chance to define how Clay scales its GTM talent across a fast-growing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experienced in recruiting, talent, or GTM hiring.
• Scaled a talent function, marketplace, or two-sided community.
• Comfortable running a high-touch motion - calls, judgment, pattern-matching and trust-building.
• Experience using AI to solve problems with prudent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Take the matching program from manual to scalable, defining vetting rubrics and intake processes.
• Own GTME vetting end-to-end and design the vetting experience.
• Build the ENT-side pipeline with sourcing, qualification, and account management motions.
• Run matches personally and iterate to improve outcomes.
• Enable GTM teams to attract, assess and retain great talent across the org.
• Generate excitement and help pivot talent into GTME roles.
