Qualifications

• Experienced in recruiting, talent, or GTM hiring.
• Scaled a talent function, marketplace, or two-sided community.
• Comfortable high-touch matching; calls, judgement and trust-building.
• Experience using AI to solve problems with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Take the matching program from high-taste manual motion to scalable program.
• Own GTME vetting end-to-end; define strong GTME talent and design vetting experience.
• Build the ENT-side pipeline: sourcing, qualification, and account management motion.
• Run the matching motion; begin with human judgment and iterate toward data-driven methods.
• Enable GTM teams to attract, assess and retain great GTME talent.
• Get people excited about pivoting into the GTME role and build hype around the role.
