Job summary

Rozgoo is building a new data platform to power GTM workflows from account research to revenue reporting. You will own the GTM data layer, ensure accurate identity resolution and CRM schemas, and build scalable data models in Snowflake and dbt.

You will partner with RevOps, Marketing and Data teams to implement metrics, forecasts and robust reporting. The role emphasizes data quality, reproducibility and reliable tooling for AI-enabled GTM pipelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in SQL and Python with strong data engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building production data pipelines and data models for CRM/revenue systems.
• Strong focus on testing, monitoring, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an org map and people graph to identify researchers, engineers and startups.
• Own identity resolution, enrichment, and CRM schemas to keep affiliations up-to-date and traceable.
• Build GTM data models in Snowflake and dbt linking people, companies, workloads, usage and revenue.
• Partner with RevOps and Marketing to define metrics, data models and business rules for routing, territory, pipeline reporting and attribution.
• Collaborate with Data to forecast usage and generate reproducible reports reconciling actuals, forecasts and adjustments.
• Create reverse ETL pipelines for ad audiences, lifecycle campaigns, CRM enrichment, outbound and event outreach, preserving history.
• Own data quality and system health, including enrichment, syncs, and historical reporting accuracy.
• Develop tooling for reliable GTM Engineering workflows: development environments, tests, deployments, backups and shared AI agents.
