Job summary

Primer is seeking a data analytics leader to own the GTM intelligence layer, maintain dashboards and data models, and ensure data accuracy across the organization. You will continuously train and improve Omni’s AI capabilities to deliver accurate AI-driven insights.

You will partner with data engineering to optimize pipelines and surface signals that guide GTM actions, including Salesforce data and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications

• Solid data and analytics foundation for evaluating, modeling, and interpreting datasets.
• Proficient with SQL and data storytelling to drive business decisions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows in a BI environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Primer's GTM intelligence layer, maintaining dashboards and data models.
• Improve the BI tool's AI model to ensure accurate, contextual results.
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimize performance and data pipelines.
• Surface engagement signals and account health indicators for GTM prioritization.
• Model Salesforce data and ensure reporting reflects reality.
• Build revenue-focused data models and forecasting infrastructure.
