T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Go-To-Market Translation Lead to align national campaigns with local field execution for the Fiber business.

You will read briefs, translate them into field-ready playbooks, and coordinate with national marketing partners and regional teams. This remote role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance seasonal campaigns with ongoing GTM translation, including defining audiences, tactics, and timelines for markets

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 7+ years of marketing, GTM, or field operations experience.
• Ability to own seasonal campaigns end-to-end from brief to launch.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Ability to translate national strategy into local field guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Seasonal Campaign Planning & Execution: own field marketing strategy for seasonal campaigns and build calendars with budgets and local customization.
• GTM Translation Lead: translate national initiatives into field-ready packages and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align with Field Marketing, MAMs, and National Marketing teams.
