Job summary

Samsung Electronics America seeks a Senior Manager to lead GTM Cycle Planning and Governance, coordinating across strategy, marketing, retail, finance, and accounts teams. You will drive end-to-end program management, planning cycles, and executive governance gates to keep initiatives on track and risks mitigated.

You will deliver regular progress reporting, guide planning timelines, and enable senior leadership with insights from post-cycle analyses to continuously improve the GTM process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or GTM planning.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives including quarterly business review processes.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall rhythm of the business, tracking cross-functional activities and providing regular GTM progress reports.
• Own and coordinate quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and executive governance gates.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, Retail Operations, Carrier Account Teams, Finance, and HQ to ensure alignment.
• Lead post-cycle analysis and QBR retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
