Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, GTM Cycle Planning and Governance to drive cross-functional alignment and the end-to-end program management framework for GTM cycles and quarterly business reviews.

The role reports to the Executive Director of Strategic Product Operations & Governance and requires 8+ years in program management, advanced MS Office skills, and strong communication for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or GTM planning.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives including quarterly business review processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience presenting to and preparing materials for senior leadership.
• Requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, project management, and organizational influence across a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management framework for GTM cycles, quarterly business reviews, and executive governance gates.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across marketing, retail, finance and accounts teams.
• Own planning cycles and governance processes to surface risks early and resolve before impact.
