Job summary

Alloy in New York is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and optimize integrations powering the revenue organization. You will own critical portions of our GTM technology architecture and partner with RevOps and GTM leadership.

The role demands 8+ years in a SaaS setting, hands-on CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred), SQL and scripting (Python/JavaScript), and data‑pipeline expertise. We offer equity and a competitive base salary of $170k–$190k with a hybrid NYC schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM Engineering or Revenue Ops in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience building Salesforce integrations and CRM data flows.
• Proficiency with iPaaS platforms (n8n, Tray.io, Zapier, Workato).
• SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
• Strong data pipeline and GTM data architecture knowledge.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, dbt) and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with sales engagement and customer success platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end GTM technology architecture.
• Implement integrations to sync CRM, marketing automation, and CS tools.
• Develop automations and data transformations at scale.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leadership to align tech with strategy.
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and document root causes.
