Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs within security operations.
• Demonstrated experience in designing curricula for GSOC or command center operations.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and incident management systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the National Account Manager to develop training strategies.
• Design and maintain standardized training curricula for GSOC personnel.
• Manage onboarding and refresher training programs.
