You will triage communications, log mission data, run reports, and provide tech support across SIS divisions.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in security-related fields, and state Guard Certification. Flexibility to work varied shifts and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years of work experience in military, law enforcement, government, or corporate security.
• Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by state law and client certifications.

Responsibilities

• Staff SIS Retail in North America by assist staffing guards.
• Log Special Operations mission data into SIS database.
• Triage calls and address operational issues; run reports and train on relevant software.
