Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a vigilant Security Operations Center professional in Sunnyvale, CA. You will monitor alarms, CCTV, and AI-assisted systems, triage events, and coordinate multi-channel dispatch to field teams.

You’ll compile evidence, support incident reviews, and maintain detailed logs while communicating clearly with stakeholders. Role requires a high school diploma and a valid guard card, with prior experience in security surveillance software and high-stress

Qualifications

• Analytic and critical thinking skills for investigations using AV tools.
• Ability to prioritize workload based on severity or impact on customers.
• Proficient with security surveillance software and programs.
• Ability to operate radio, telephone equipment and console monitors.
• Capable of performing under pressure in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, CCTV, and AI-assisted detection to triage events in real time.
• Perform advanced CCTV monitoring and live tracking to identify issues.
• Compile investigative video packages for incident reviews and audits.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls with clear communication.
• Coordinate multi-channel dispatch via radio, phone, and digital tools.
• Maintain incident logs and AVERT documentation standards.
• Troubleshoot devices and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Provide situational updates to GSOC leadership and clients during incidents.
• Support post-incident reporting and evidence gathering.
• Assist with risk analysis by monitoring regional trends and alarms.
