Qualifications

• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch routine and emergency calls to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and access activity; maintain dispatch logs and incident records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate information per procedures.
• Coordinate communications with onsite personnel and external responders as required.

Responsibilities
