Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a part-time Dispatch Communications Security Officer in Arlington, TX. You will provide customer service, coordinate security responses, and maintain incident logs at an automotive finance location.

The role emphasizes alertness, safety, and effective communication with on-site staff and emergency responders. The position is primarily a driving post with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn through a Shift-claim platform.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive finance location.
• Monitor and dispatch responses to security-related incidents, alarms, access concerns, and service requests using established communication protocols.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate incident information to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal leadership in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, activity reports, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Coordinate communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate, helping to support timely response to critical situations.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
