Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by following site procedures, access-control protocols and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio communications, alarms and dispatch requests; document and relay information to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other security documentation per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly; coordinate communications with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and report unusual conditions or security concerns.

This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy Requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio communications, alarms, and dispatch requests; document and relay information to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other security-related documentation in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate communications with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, including production spaces, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
